The number of reserved workers has increased by 300,000 over the past year, and an additional 9,000 enterprises have received critical status. This was stated by the Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Oleksiy Sobolev during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, reports UNN.

Details

Over the past year, we have recorded a steady and significant trend of growth in the total number of reserved workers in all sectors of the economy. The increase over the last 12 months amounted to more than 300,000 people and an additional 9,000 critical enterprises. A large part of this increase comes from frontline areas. Since the fall, when the government introduced an additional 100% quota for frontline areas, the number of reserved workers there has risen to 100,000 people

- Sobolev said.

He noted that active growth in the number of reserved workers has been observed in recent months in such sectors as manufacturing, construction, and transport.
