His wife, Galyna, received UAH 93,803 in payments for electricity at a green tariff, UNN reports.

Thus, in 2024, Kuleba's salary amounted to UAH 390,478 from the economic and financial department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers and UAH 357,393 from the State Administration of Affairs.
Kuleba was appointed Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction in September 2024. Prior to this, the official worked for two years at the Kyiv Regional State Administration, and for a year - as the first deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration for the exercise of self-governing powers and director of the Department of Urban Improvement of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council.
His wife, Galyna Dmytrychenko-Kuleba, declared UAH 1,663,936 of income from entrepreneurial activity. She also received UAH 93,803 in payments for electricity at a green tariff.
Oleksiy Kuleba declared UAH 105,567 and EUR 1 in bank accounts, and his wife - UAH 218,693 and EUR 3,945.
Kuleba has UAH 378,500 and EUR 15,200 in cash, and his wife has UAH 20,000.

Marchenko's declaration for 2023 indicated that Maryna Marchenko received UAH 11,180 thousand in social benefits from the Kyiv City Center for Accrual and Implementation of Social Payments.
