According to him, Ukraine has not abandoned the restoration of territorial integrity within the 1991 borders and the withdrawal of Russian troops.
"In October, meetings were held in preparation for the second summit. As we understand it, they want to invite Russia to it to give us some kind of ultimatum," Lavrov said.
