Japan's Osaka-Kansai Airport hasn't lost a single piece of luggage in its 30 years of operation thanks to careful design optimized for efficient baggage handling and tracking.

For almost 30 years, Japan's Osaka Airport (KIX) has held an absolute record: to date, no luggage has been lost. Effective work is due to the peculiarities of the design and location of airport services, UNN reports with reference to Asia Nikkei.

Since its opening on September 4, 1994, Japan's Osaka-Kansai Airport has gained international recognition for its fast and reliable baggage delivery. It has never had a single lost baggage in its history.

Efficient operation is due to various factors, among which the most important is the careful design of work areas - this was developed from the very beginning to optimize ground services.
