Since its opening on September 4, 1994, Japan's Osaka-Kansai Airport has gained international recognition for its fast and reliable baggage delivery. It has never had a single lost baggage in its history.
Efficient operation is due to various factors, among which the most important is the careful design of work areas - this was developed from the very beginning to optimize ground services.
Everything from the land it occupies to the final construction details is specifically designed to accommodate the airport and all its services. This includes tracking all types of baggage, large or small.
