Employees of the Tbilisi City Hall officially expressed their disagreement with the decision of the Georgian Dream to suspend the EU accession process until 2028. They confirmed their commitment to the European course and the Constitution of Georgia.

"We, the employees of the Tbilisi City Hall, clearly and unequivocally declare that we are distancing ourselves from the decision to terminate the process of Georgia's membership in the EU until 2028 and all the reasons underlying it. In our opinion, this decision does not correspond to the goal stated by the population of Georgia, which is reflected in Article 78 of the Constitution.
We have been, are and remain loyal to our citizens, the Constitution, European values and the course that Georgia has chosen, and as part of our activities, we continue to contribute to the formation of our country as a European state," the written statement reads.
