Details of agreements between the US, Ukraine and Russia on a ceasefire in the Black Sea and attacks on energy remain unclear. The terms of the truce are still unknown.
Details of the ceasefire agreements on energy strikes and naval operations in the Black Sea, which US, Ukrainian and Russian officials reached on March 24 and 25, remain unclear. This is stated in a report by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), reports UNN.

It is noted that Russia and Ukraine appear to agree that the ceasefire regime against attacks on energy infrastructure has been in effect since March 25, but statements from the US and Ukraine continue to make it clear that technical negotiations are ongoing.
Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Pavlo Palisa stated that the agreement on a ceasefire in operations in the Black Sea and on strikes on energy infrastructure came into force after the publication of a joint US-Ukrainian statement on March 25. ... Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russian troops are implementing the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin of March 18 on compliance with the ceasefire regime regarding strikes on energy infrastructure
They also remind that Russia and Ukraine have exchanged accusations of strikes and violations of the ceasefire regime, although its terms remain unclear.
"The lack of officially published joint texts of agreements signed by Ukraine and Russia continues to complicate the assessment of the specifics of these truces, and the terms of the ceasefire remain unclear," ISW summarizes.

French President Emmanuel Macron said that Russia is not proving that it really wants peace. According to him, instead, Russia continues to launch intensive attacks on the territory of Ukraine, including civilian objects, day after day.
