In the center of Kharkiv, a man staged a shooting from a car window, and the police have opened criminal proceedings regarding this shooting, the GUNP in the Kharkiv region reported on Saturday, writes UNN.

It was established that as a result of the incident, none of the citizens were injured and did not seek medical help.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for up to seven years of imprisonment.
