Zelenskiy starts preparing annual address to the Rada: Yermak heads working group

The President of Ukraine has set up a working group to prepare an annual address to the Verkhovna Rada. Andriy Yermak has been appointed as the head of the group, and the project should be ready by December 1, 2024.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has begun preparations for the President's annual address to the Verkhovna Rada by forming a working group and instructing the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, to lead the process. This is stated in the decree №130/2024-rp of November 12, UNN reports.

"Establish a working group to prepare a draft annual address of the President of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the internal and external situation of Ukraine and approve its personal composition," the decree says.
According to the order, the head of the OP, Andriy Yermak, will lead the preparation of the project, while Oleksandr Bohomolov, director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies, was appointed deputy head of the working group.
The working group should determine the structure and schedule for preparing the draft message, the content of the necessary materials, and prepare and submit the draft by December 1, 2024.
The working group included deputy heads of the Presidential Office: Iryna Vereshchuk, Ihor Zhovkva, Olena Kovalska, Roman Mashovets, Viktor Mykyta, Iryna Mudra and Oleh Tatarov, as well as presidential communications advisor Dmytro Lytvyn and head of the State Administration of Affairs Ihor Lysyi.
