The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi refused to answer a journalist's question about a new counteroffensive allegedly planned for 2024, UNN reports, citing a comment published on We Are Ukraine.
This is a war, and I cannot say what I plan to do. Otherwise, it will be a show, not a war, the price of which is human lives. This cannot be said under any circumstances!

Recently, Western media have begun to spread information about Ukraine's alleged plans for a counteroffensive next year. In particular, BILD stated that "Ukraine is now reorienting its defense and adopting a new, surprising strategy."
In its turn, Welt quoted an expert as saying that "Ukraine is probably gathering resources for a new counteroffensive next year."
However, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi emphasized that he could not comment on such statements for security reasons.
