Russia attacked Ukraine with 339 drones, hitting civilian targets and warehouses in Lutsk. The President stated that this is a response to peace proposals.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to another Russian attack, stating that "today will be quite a busy diplomatic day - many contacts are already planned, and this night attack is essentially Russia's response to diplomatic efforts," writes UNN.

"Currently, firefighting is underway in Lutsk after a night attack by Russian 'Shaheds'. There were hits on purely civilian objects: the Russians destroyed food warehouses and a 'Nova Poshta' terminal. A residential building was also damaged," Zelenskyy wrote on social media.
According to him, "all necessary forces of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and utility services have already been engaged to eliminate the consequences of this attack."
"Tonight, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Poltava, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Khmelnytskyi regions were also under Russian attacks. And there are still 'Shaheds' in our sky. In total, Russia used 339 drones against Ukraine tonight, and about 200 of them were 'Shaheds'," the President stated.

The President stated that "Ukraine is working with partners to have more joint opportunities to protect lives, while Russia continues to prolong the war in Europe and openly invests its intelligence data for the Iranian regime in fueling the war in the Middle East and the Gulf."
"It is Russia that is a global threat, and it is its disregard for life and peace that hinders any diplomacy. I am grateful to everyone who supports our defense of life, and to everyone who ensures the implementation of sanctions against Russia for the war. The higher our percentage of downed Russian drones and missiles, and the higher the percentage of restrictions on Russian oil, Russian trade, Russian production, the faster security will be guaranteed and peace established," Zelenskyy emphasized.
