Details
Mental health support specialists have compiled a selection of ways to help you reboot even on the most stressful days.
If you constantly work on reserve, one day the body will press the "stop" button without warning. To prevent this from happening, you should learn to recharge on the go, integrating short recovery practices even into the busiest schedule
Experts advise, in particular, even in the most difficult moments of work, to find an opportunity and turn off notifications from work chats for a few minutes to enjoy the silence.
For a minute of unloading, you can also sing a line of your favorite song, go out on the balcony or look out the window and inhale the spring air into your lungs, or expose your face to the sun's rays for a minute or two.
You can take a sip of water or your favorite drink and focus for a moment on what it feels like.
If you "got rich" for an hour or two, you can draw a little or go for a photo walk. Nature, which is just coming to life, and in some places is blooming in full swing, promises many cute and interesting moments.
If the thoughts in your head are "boiling", quickly reboot your body. For example, change the position in which you work. Stretch like you do in the morning after a deep sleep. Stretch your neck and shoulders, because it is known that tension "settles" there.
Add short "recharges" to your daily routine, experts say, not only to survive in this crazy marathon, but also to win. And then there will be more strength for everything that is important.
