Yesterday, December 2, a regional meeting of the Congress of local and regional authorities under the president of Ukraine was held in the Odessa region, reports UNN.

During the event, a meeting was held with the heads of AHS of the Odessa region.
The main achievements of the Congress were:
Local budgets 2025
Main priorities: security, defense, education, health, social protection, support for veterans and IDPs, namely:
* Revenue forecast: UAH 30 billion.
* Review taxes to increase revenue.
* 20% of funds for shelter.
* Co-financing of projects in education and medicine.
* Control over land rent.
School Nutrition reform, namely:
* Reconstruction of 13 food halls (5 are 70% ready).
* Hot meals for 103 thousand students in 655 schools.
* 850 chefs trained to new standards.
* UAH 245 million has been allocated for modernization.
development of veteran Policy, namely:
* Support for 72,454 veterans.
* Veteran spaces in Odessa, Dobroslav and other communities (6 more are planned).
* Provision of housing, rehabilitation, legal and medical care.
* Integration of veterans into communities.
Medicine, namely:
* Modernization of medical institutions and purchase of equipment.
* Co-financing for secondary health care.
* Support hospitals in communities and create comfortable conditions for medical staff.
