in the "Ramstein 2.0" format. As of November 2023, this format unites 54
countries. This means that Ukraine will work with its allies in five long-term
coalitions of capabilities to support our country's defense capabilities. In particular, we are talking about
work in the areas of aviation, air defense, tank, artillery, and maritime security coalitions.
