Kyiv • UNN
The Transcarpathian Regional Military Commissariat stated that mobilization calls are issued legally and criticized those who evade the draft. They explained that receiving a draft notice does not lead to immediate military service.
In connection with the public excitement around the delivery of summonses in sports, recreational and other institutions, the Transcarpathian TCC stated that they acted within the law and expressed their opinion on the evaders, reports UNN.
Employees of the Transcarpathian JCCC and JV legally continue to serve summonses as part of mobilization activities. In our opinion, those men of conscription age who deliberately avoid military service, work out in gyms or have fun in recreation centers are not privileged compared to the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who are holding the line and defeating the enemy in difficult conditions

The Transcarpathian Regional Military Commissariat and the JV also reminded that the delivery of a call does not mean that the recruit is immediately taken to war. Before mobilization, the data is first clarified, medical examination and training are carried out. It is also noted that the Armed Forces have many military specialties that do not involve direct participation in hostilities, but are important for supporting the front.
In addition, the TCC emphasized that obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces and other military formations during the special period entails imprisonment for a term of 5 to 8 years.
