A man will be tried for raping his minor stepdaughter during 2025-2026. The first crime occurred when the child was 10 years old.
According to the investigation, the accused repeatedly raped his minor stepdaughter during 2025-2026. This first happened when the child was 10 years old. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, writes UNN.
He took advantage of moments when he was left alone with the girl without the supervision of other adults. The last episode, according to the investigation, occurred in April 2026, when the child's mother was hospitalized with her younger son
That same day, the girl told a close relative about what she had experienced. She immediately contacted law enforcement officers.
Prosecutors of the Shepetivka District Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment against him to court. He is currently in custody without the right to bail.
He is charged with repeated rape of a minor (Part 4, 6 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
