French authorities have arrested a villa worth 5.4 million euros on the Atlantic coast belonging to Arthur Ocheretny, the current husband of Vladimir Putin's ex-wife Lyudmila Putina.

This is a symbolic "military award". According to our information, the villa Rêverie (or Souzanna), owned by Russian Arthur Ocheretny, the new companion of Vladimir Putin's ex-wife.

It is about the villa "Suzanna", which belonged to the businessman Arthur Ocheretny, the current spouse of the former wife of the Russian president Lyudmila Putina. According to the publication, the property was placed under arrest as early as December 6 , 2023.
The seizure followed a complaint by the French branch of Transparency International - human rights activists demanded to verify the origin of the funds used to purchase the villa.
It is noted that the villa is now abandoned and no one lives on it.

The estimated value of Villa Suzanne is 5.4 million euros. It is a 450 square meter mansion with eight bedrooms and an adjoining property of five thousand square meters.
The villa first came to light in 2017, when journalists from the Center for Corruption and Organized Crime Research (OCCRP) released an investigation into Ocheretny's finances. According to documents reviewed by the journalists, the villa was purchased in late 2013.
