The Galaxy's Edge theme park at Disneyland continues to expand its history: from today, guests will be able to meet Master Luke Skywalker in Batuu. This was reported by Gizmodo, writes UNN.

This change marks a significant evolution of the theme park, which was originally limited to the time period between "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" and "Star Wars: The Skywalker. Ascension". Now the park is expanding its horizons, including characters from other stages of the Star Wars universe.
In recent years, Batuu has become a place for many new characters from the Disney+ show, including heroes such as Asoka, Boba Fett, Fennec Shand, Sabina Wren, Hera and, of course, the Mandalorian and Grogu, who have gained great popularity among fans.
We look at all our lands and experiences as an evolution. Some things come and go, shows open, attractions come and go. So, of course, Galaxy's Edge is going the same way; [it] evolves, and when we created Galaxy's Edge, we didn't even know that some of these stories would be told. So over time, we realized who doesn't like the Mandalorian story, who doesn't like different stories? So this is an opportunity for us to kind of lean into the stories that we know our fans love and enjoy, without straying from what we've done before. Sometimes you'll see something you like, and sometimes you won't. Our goal is to reach as many of our fans as possible and provide all the amazing characters and experiences that people expect from our parks
This year, the park will also debut Toan Lege, a character created for the Galaxy's Edge fireworks show. Previously, he only appeared as a voice telling stories about heroes and villains. Now he will be physically present with his astromechanic droid R1 Barda, and the new show "Shadows of Memory: The Skywalker Saga" will bring to life key moments from the history of the legendary family.
What other changes await the park is still unknown. In particular, Disney representatives have not confirmed rumors about the update of the attraction "Millennium Falcon: Smugglers", which may coincide with the release of the film "Mandalorian and Grogu" in 2026.
I mean, we can't talk too much about it. We have nothing to tell yet. Because, apart from what you learned at South by Southwest, we can't talk about it
Martin added: "I will say that this will be another real story of the Mandalorians, and, obviously, we will be in the "Millennium Falcon". So we'll find out how we ended up in the "Millennium Falcon" in the days when Han Solo owns this ship. So it should be pretty fun. But otherwise, I think you'll have to wait and see."
