Kirill Budanov, the head of Ukrainian intelligence, was again arrested in absentia by a Moscow court on charges of 104 crimes.

Moscow District Court "arrested in absentia" the head of the Main Directorate of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov. UNN reports this with with reference to the Telegram channel of Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.

Details

It is noted that Budanov is accused of allegedly committing 104 crimes, provided for in paragraphs "a", "c" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist act).

By a ruling of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow, Budanova was sentenced in absentia to a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention for two months, the period is calculated from the moment of his extradition to the territory of the Russian Federation, or from the moment of his detention in Russia.
