The accomplice of People's Deputy Hanna Skorokhod pleaded guilty in the case of a $205,000 bribe. The High Anti-Corruption Court approved the deal, and the defendant was released on probation.
An accomplice of People's Deputy Hanna Skorokhod has entered into a plea agreement with the prosecution in a case involving a bribe of $205,000. This agreement was approved by the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine, reports UNN citing the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.

According to the SAP, the accused fully admitted his guilt in the crime he is charged with and committed to providing incriminating testimony against other accomplices.
The defendant was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (incitement to provide undue advantage (bribe), committed against an official holding a particularly responsible position, or by an organized group of persons).
The sanction of the articles provides for imprisonment from five to ten years with or without confiscation of property. At the same time, the defendant was released on probation with a probationary period and the imposition of duties established by the court.

The SAP prosecutor decided to complete the pre-trial investigation in the case of People's Deputy Anna Skorokhod, who is suspected of providing a bribe of $250,000 to resolve the issue of applying NSDC sanctions.
