The operational duty officer received a report that a man had been in the elevator for two hours due to a technical malfunction. The fourth emergency rescue platoon of KARS promptly arrived at the scene. Using specialized equipment, the rescuers were able to open the elevator doors and deliver the man, who was in a pre-conscious state, to an ambulance.
