As a result of Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure facilities, some consumers in the Zhytomyr, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Cherkasy and Kharkiv regions were left without power on November 1.
