Oleksiy Heorhiyovych Biloshytskyi was born on June 9, 1984, in Vinnytsia. He received two higher education degrees: in 2007, he graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in law, and he also obtained a master's degree in philology from Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi National State Pedagogical University. He began his career in 2006, worked as a lawyer from 2008 to 2015, and in 2015, he joined the patrol police, where he rose to the position of First Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department of Ukraine, which he holds to this day.
