It is noted that a fire truck with a water tank from a military unit in Lublin and two military ambulances without a doctor were working at the scene of the incident.
The 13th Anti-Aircraft Missile Squadron was stationed in Lublin and reported to the commander of the 1st Silesian Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade. The squadron was disbanded in 1998.
