The enemy is increasing assault operations with small groups of infantry in the south of Ukraine, especially in the Orikhiv and Huliaipole directions. All nine assaults were unsuccessful.
The enemy continues to increase the number of assault actions in the south of Ukraine, in particular in the Orikhiv and Huliaipol directions. This was stated on the air of the national telethon by the spokesman of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, Vladyslav Voloshyn, UNN reports.

That is, in the south of Ukraine, the enemy continues to shell, strike with missiles and drones at the positions of the Defense Forces, and also continues to increase the number of assault actions. The enemy conducts these assault actions in small groups of infantry mainly in two directions on the Zaporizhzhia line of combat contact - in the Orikhiv and Huliaipol directions. Today, not for the last time, the Russians conducted nine such assaults, all of them were unsuccessful, the enemy was repulsed. The enemy carried out two assaults in the Orikhiv sector, and two similar battles are currently underway
We remind you that the Russian army has significantly increased strikes from various types of weapons on settlements in the Donetsk region. The invaders are shifting their efforts in order to destroy the logistics routes and possible positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the Toretsk direction.
The spokesman of the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko stated that Sumy and Chernihiv regions are the main directions of Russian ударних drones. Ukrainian soldiers shoot down enemy air targets every day.
Russian invaders are trying to expand the zone of active combat operations in the Kharkiv region, in particular in the areas of the settlements of Lyptsi and Vovchansk.
