Poland emphasizes that the allegations of genocide against Ukraine also affect its legal position as a state that provides significant assistance to Ukraine.
Poland refers to Articles 62 and 63 of the Statute of the International Court of Justice, which allow states to intervene in cases that may affect their legal interest.
