Human Rights Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported on the alleged shooting of Ukrainian prisoners of war by the Russian military in Kursk region, UNN reports.
"Social media reported the alleged shooting of Ukrainian prisoners of war who were surrounded by Russia in the Kursk region. I sent letters to the UN and the ICRC regarding this crime," Lubinets wrote.
