In the Lviv region, fragments of cruise missiles were found on the territory of two communities. This was reported by the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi, UNN reports.
"As a result of a night attack by drones in the Lviv territorial community, one building was destroyed and five more damaged. In Dubliany, in addition to the damage to the building of the Faculty of Land Management and Tourism of the Lviv National University of Environmental Management, the glazing of 19 windows in the neighboring building was destroyed," Kozitsky wrote.
According to him, the building of the Museum of UPA General Roman Shukhevych was destroyed in Lviv on Bilohorshcha Street. The blast wave also damaged three buildings, including the ceiling of a house built in 1920 and windows. Commissions are inspecting the roofs and attics. They are counting the damage.
"In addition, on December 31, on the territory of the Kamianka-Buzka community, 300 meters from the residential sector, we found the wreckage of a cruise missile. They have already been examined by experts. According to their conclusion, the debris is not dangerous. A cruise missile fragment was also found on the territory of the Bibra community, 600 meters from the nearest residential area. The warhead may have survived," said Kozitsky.
He noted that now the SES specialists are carrying out preparatory work to safely destroy it.
