Dmytro Lubinets denied the information about the eradication of violations during mobilization in Kyiv and the region. According to him, the ombudsman's representative does not deal with this issue, and his words were taken out of context.
The statement that the so-called "busification" has been almost completely eradicated in Kyiv and Kyiv region is not true. This was stated by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets, UNN reports.
