At the same time, information appeared online about a possible strike on the Balaklava Thermal Power Plant in Sevastopol. According to "ATESH", the occupied Henichesk and Melitopol were left without power. A massive blackout was also recorded in Crimea, particularly in Simferopol, Sevastopol, Yalta, Kerch, Feodosia, Alushta, and Sudak.
