The "Phoenix" evacuation group of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine evacuated two residents from the city of Druzhkivka, Donetsk region. The situation in the region remains tense due to daily Russian attacks.
On November 22, a number of cities in the occupied territories of Donetsk region were left without electricity. Monitoring channels reported a UAV attack on Shakhtarsk, and there are also videos from Starobesheve, where, presumably, UAVs hit energy facilities.

On September 21, Russian troops shelled Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast, using barrel artillery and an FPV drone. As a result of the attack, one civilian was killed, three more were wounded, and infrastructure was damaged.
A drone attacked a fire station in Druzhkivka, knocking out the gate and damaging the facade, but rescuers managed to take cover. No one was injured, and the equipment remained intact.
As a result of the night strikes on Kramatorsk, 11 people were injured. 35 apartment buildings, 3 educational institutions, and other buildings were damaged.
Occupiers shelled Druzhkivka with Smerch MLRS, wounding 7 civilians, including a 17-year-old girl with a concussion. 6 apartment buildings, educational institutions, and transport were damaged.
Since the beginning of the evacuation from dangerous areas of Sumy region, 60,000 people have left, including 8,000 children. And recently, within a week, 47 residents, including 9 children, have been evacuated from the border communities of Sumy region.

In Donetsk Oblast, water supply to four cities has been reduced due to repairs to the main pipe of the Second Donetsk water pipeline. Water supply will be restored after the completion of works.
In Donetsk region, the list of settlements where the curfew will be in effect from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM has been expanded. This applies to territories located less than 10 kilometers from the front, according to the order of the head of the Donetsk OMA.
