Russian opposition marches in Berlin with slogans “Stop Putin!”, “Stop the war!”

A massive march of the Russian opposition took place in Berlin with demands to stop the war and remove Putin. Between 1,500 and 7,000 people took part in the protest, including Ukrainians.

On Sunday, about 1,500 people gathered in Berlin to demonstrate against Russian aggression in Ukraine and against the policies of Vladimir Putin's Kremlin, according to police, with at least 3,000 registered participants. The Medusa newspaper estimated that up to seven thousand people attended the rally.
The participants' demands included the immediate withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine, the impeachment of Russian President Putin and charges against him as a war criminal. The participants chanted: “no to war” and ‘down with Putin’.
