Local authorities plan to purchase housing for a family-type orphanage in Brovary, while collecting proposals that would meet a number of criteria. This was stated by Brovarsky Mayor Igor Sapozhko in a comment to UNN.

He said that they are looking for housing for a family of displaced persons from Kharkiv - mothers-teachers and 10 children of different privileged categories. According to him, now the Brovary city council collects proposals for real estate.
"There are a number of criteria that a building must meet. It must be a strong, capital House, put into operation and suitable for living, with an area of at least 292 square meters, where the living area is at least 108 square meters. housing must be in good condition and ready to move in," said Igor Sapozhko.
He specified that the building should have all the necessary communications – water, electricity, gas and sewerage.

Also, according to him, the house territory should be fenced, sufficient for children's games.
