According to him, it is planned to optimize the work of the Verkhovna Rada. This is planned by optimizing the number of groups of MPs, which will help to keep these groups and the Parliament continued to work in roughly the same structural mode as it started working.

The Verkhovna Rada has registered a draft law (No. 10324), which provides for the reduction of the minimum number of the minimum number of parliamentary groups and factions for the duration of martial law.
According to the draft law, the minimum number of deputy factions (groups) during martial law and within 90 days during martial law and within 90 days after its lifting or suspension is 14 people.
