Meeting of our military with the chiefs of staff of defense partners: Admiral Anthony Radakin from Great Britain and General Thierry Burcard from France. We are making efforts for security in Ukraine and reliable security guarantees

- Zelenskyy said.

He noted that there is tangible progress. The first details regarding how the partners' security contingent can be deployed have been agreed upon.

I am grateful to all countries that help us in this, and to Great Britain and France for their leadership. It is such joint work, when everyone is focused on a strong result, that helps to bring reliable and lasting peace to Ukraine

- the president said.

Addendum

The military contingent in Ukraine will be represented not only by Great Britain and France, it will be a coalition of countries.

"We held a series of meetings... today it is already two months since we have been working on this, the teams are working. The first meeting today was a milestone, but very important. This does not mean that only the three countries that were present today - Ukraine, France, Great Britain - are included in this process. It will be a coalition. I think we need another... the teams need about a month and we believe it won't be longer. We will be fully ready with an understanding of the infrastructure," Zelenskyy said.

Reminder

On Friday, Great Britain and France accused Russian dictator Vladimir Putin of prolonging ceasefire negotiations. They increased pressure on Moscow, insisting that it give the United States an immediate response.
