Mariana Bezuhla has released the theses of the updated draft law on mobilization, which takes into account the comments of Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhnyi. It indicates that it is planned to abolish conscript service and dismiss all conscripts who, upon reaching the age of 25 will become a mobilization resource in accordance with general rules.

Bezuhla also also states that the draft law removes the right to deferment of for civil servants, law enforcement officers, prosecutors and employees of the and employees of the State Executive Service.
