The viral “audition video” in which she sings Popular in a silver princess dress, as the actress explained, was not hers.
She said that despite the fact that she later went to an audition for the movie, the video was made as a joke.
The actress shot the video while filming for Lancôme, when Elizabeth Stewart was her stylist.
“I hadn't auditioned for Wicked yet, but I knew it was coming. So I was just messing around and thinking: 'This dress looks good on Glinda. And Elizabeth said: “Do it”. And then she published it at some point.
At the same time, Amanda Seyfried herself later thought that perhaps she should not have published this video.
