Details
Dmytro Lubinets confirmed that Ukraine is ready to take all its citizens out of captivity and illegal detention, despite the disinformation spread by the Russian side.
In his address, he stressed that terrorists continue to use cynical methods in the situation with prisoners, while Ukraine is actively working on the repatriation of its defenders. Lubinets also noted that Ukraine did not delay and does not delay the exchange process, but on the contrary – created a mixed Medical Commission for the exchange of seriously wounded and seriously ill prisoners of war.
According to the Ombudsman, the Russian Federation still ignores the exchange initiative and shows no real interest in the return of its prisoners.
