Since the beginning of the day, the aggressor has attacked the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 52 times, focusing efforts on the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka directions. Fighting and shelling continue.
Since the beginning of the day, the aggressor has attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 52 times. The enemy is actively operating in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka directions, UNN reports with reference to the General Staff's summary.
Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, in the Sumy region, the settlements of Rohizne, Bachivsk, Malushyne, Iskriskivshchyna, Prohres, Sopych, Volfyne, Koreniok were affected, and in the Chernihiv region - Krasnyi Khutir.
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders three times, launched five air strikes, dropped nine aerial bombs, carried out 30 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops, two of which were with the use of multiple rocket launchers.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units twice in the areas of the settlements of Starytsia and Vilcha.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried to improve its position four times in the directions of the settlements of Kupyansk, Kivsharivka, and Novoosinove. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled one attempt by the invaders to advance near Karmazynivka.
In the Sloviansk and Kramatorsk directions, the enemy did not conduct active operations.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 13 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Stepanivka, and Sofiivka. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 17 times to dislodge our soldiers from their occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Filiia, and towards the settlements of Kucheriv Yar, Vasylivka, Novopavlivka. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked twice in the directions of the settlements of Kalynivske and Zlahoda.
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled eight enemy attacks towards the settlements of Dobropillia, Tsvitkove, Zaliznychne, Hirke, Huliaipilske, and in the Huliaipole area. The enemy launched an air strike in the Tsvitkove area. Two more combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations, but launched an air strike on Orikhiv.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy conducted one futile assault operation in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge.
In other directions, no significant changes in the situation are currently taking place. No enemy attempts to advance have been recorded, the General Staff summarized.
