Nine regions in Ukraine lose power due to enemy shelling and severe weather

In Ukraine, consumers in nine regions have been left without power due to hostilities and bad weather. Currently, repair crews are working around the clock, and the introduction of schedules or consumption restrictions is not forecasted for today. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy, according to UNN.

As a result of hostilities and shelling of energy facilities, some consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions remain temporarily without electricity supply,

the report says.

It is noted that power engineers are doing everything possible to restore electricity supply to all subscribers as quickly as possible. Restoration work continues around the clock.

Due to bad weather, 26 settlements in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions remain without electricity. Repair crews are working on restoration.

The application of restrictions is not forecasted for today. Current information on any changes in energy supply can be found on the official resources of the distribution system operators.

It is recommended to shift active energy consumption to daytime hours — from 10:00 to 16:00. During evening hours, from 18:00 to 22:00, consumers are urged to use electricity sparingly, which will help reduce the load on the system.
