An engineer of a state-owned enterprise organized a fake booking scheme from mobilization

At the state-owned enterprise, an engineer was exposed who issued false documents for deferral from mobilization. For the amount of 2 200 to 2 2,000, he forged documents for 454 people from 12 businesses.
Law enforcement officers exposed a leading engineer of one of the branches of a state-owned enterprise that belongs to the critical infrastructure in the energy sector on the registration of a fake booking of men liable for military service. According to the state Bureau of Investigation, the engineer, having access to the orders of the Ministry of economy, according to which decisions were made on booking those liable for military service, made fake extracts from the relevant orders. In them, he entered false information that these citizens allegedly work at various state-owned enterprises of critical infrastructure and are subject to a delay from conscription for military service during mobilization for 6 months.
In addition, he produced forged documents regarding the belonging of a particular enterprise to the category of critical, as well as regarding the booking of their employees.
It was established that documents were forged against employees of 12 Enterprises, a total of 454 citizens. depending on the complexity ,the "service" cost from 200 to 2 thousand US dollars
The documents produced by the engineer were reportedly used when checking military registration documents from citizens, entered in the Unified State Register of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists, and were also used when crossing the state border of Ukraine.
Law enforcement officers conducted 20 searches, during which they seized computers, data carriers, forged documents and lists of persons who used such "services".
The lead engineer was informed of suspicion of obstructing the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations (Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Now investigative actions are continuing to identify other citizens and legal entities who were forged documents. It also checks the possible involvement of other persons in illegal actions, including officials of ministries, RTCC and JV.
