New Zealand announces new aid to Ukraine worth almost $10 million

New Zealand has announced new aid to Ukraine in the amount of $9.8 million, including $3.68 million in military aid and $6.12 million in humanitarian aid.
New Zealand has announced a new $9.8 million in aid to Ukraine. The funds will be used for military and humanitarian aid, Ukrainian Ambassador to Australia and New Zealand Vasyl Miroshnychenko said, according to UNN.
On the sidelines of the NATO Summit in Washington, D.C., Prime Minister of New Zealand Cory Laxon announced that his government would provide NZ$16 million (USD 9.8 million) in aid to Ukraine, including NZ$6 million (USD 3.68 million) in military aid and NZ$10 million (USD 6.12 million) in humanitarian aid
According to him, military aid includes the allocation of 4 million New Zealand dollars (2.45 million US dollars) to the "Drone Coalition" led by the UK and Latvia and 2 million New Zealand dollars (1.23 million US dollars) for Ukraine's military medical needs.

In May, New Zealand imposed new sanctions against 28 individuals and 14 legal entities involved in arms transfers from North Korea and Iran to Russia, as well as in facilitating the forced transfer of Ukrainian children to Russia.
