For example, in Mykolaiv region: a criminal group that sold fake certificates of fitness for service for health reasons was neutralized. The suspects include the head of a local charity fund who was looking for evaders and her accomplice, a hospital official.
The fake was then handed over to the deputy chief physician of the regional center for medical and social expertise, who "confirmed the diagnoses" of the fugitives and assigned them disability groups.
Thus, more than 15 fugitives planned to use this to travel to the EU, but SBU officers prevented their escape.
In Poltava region: a local lawyer was exposed who offered two options for "resolving the issue" to draft evaders for money. The first way was to provide them with fabricated conclusions of the military qualification commission, and the second was to enter them into the Shlyakh information system for traveling abroad as drivers of international flights.
In Khmelnytsky region: another scheme of illegal migration abroad was eliminated. A psychiatrist of a military hospital and a representative of the military medical commission were involved in its organization, selling fake certificates of "poor health".
In Prykarpattya: a businessman who "smeared" evaders from mobilization was detained. To do this, he sold them fake disability certificates, which he received through his own connections in one of Kyiv's medical and social examination centers.
In Lviv: another channel for smuggling abroad, operating under the guise of cargo transportation, was eliminated. In the course of complex measures, the law enforcement detained a dealer who registered his clients as drivers of a charitable foundation.
