Morning Russian missile attack on Kharkiv: Prosecutor's Office reports one injured

A 64-year-old civilian man suffered an acute stress reaction after a Russian missile strike damaged a non-residential building and a multi-storey apartment building in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv.
Today's rocket attack by Russian troops on Kharkiv resulted in one injured, the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office said on Tuesday, UNN reports.

According to the investigation, on March 26, at about 11:30 a.m., the Russian armed forces launched a rocket attack on the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. "A non-residential building was damaged. Windows were smashed in the high-rise building, and the facade was damaged," the agency said.
"A 64-year-old civilian man suffered an acute stress reaction," the prosecutor's office said.
Reportedly, "according to preliminary data, the strike was carried out by an X-35U cruise missile.
The investigative and prosecutorial team examined the scene and collected the missile debris, which will be sent for further examination.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
