The President of Ukraine said that no world leader can negotiate with Putin without Ukraine's participation. To start negotiations, we need to create a clear action plan and be in a strong position.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that no leader in the world has the right to negotiate an end to the war with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin without Ukraine. Zelensky said this during an online conversation with the audience of Le Parisien, reports UNN.

According to him, before sitting down at the table, it is necessary to create a model, an action plan or a peace plan that Ukraine can present to Putin or, more broadly, to the Russians.
“It's about the position you are in when you negotiate.... I don't think we are in a weak position, but we are not in a strong position either.... To sit down with Putin in such conditions would mean to give him the right to decide everything in our part of the world,” the President said.
