Ukrzaliznytsia launches a new route to Prague

A new international rail route connecting Prague, Kosice, and Chop has been launched, with daily rail service operated by Ukrzaliznytsia and RegioJet, offering a 13-hour journey between Prague and Chop.
A new international railroad route to Prague has been launched in Ukraine. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ministry of Reconstruction of Ukraine.

It is noted that the new international route of Ukrzaliznytsia and RegioJet connects the Czech capital Prague, Slovak Kosice, and Ukrainian Chop.
The train Chop - Prague made its first trip. The travel time between Prague and Chop is about 13 hours, the train is a "night" train. Departure from Prague daily at 21:52, arrival in Chop at 10:35. In the opposite direction, departure from Chop daily at 17:35, arrival in Prague at 05:57
The cost of tickets to/from Prague depends on the day of travel and averages about 1060 UAH for a seat or 1700 UAH for a berth.
They can be purchased on the RegioJet website. The Czech train offers women's compartments, an assortment of food and drinks from the onboard menu, including breakfast.

The Ministry of Reconstruction added that specifically for the launch of the new international connection, Ukrzaliznytsia has appointed a new domestic daytime train #345/346 Chernivtsi - Chop - Uzhhorod, the schedule of which is adjusted for comfortable transfer of Bukovyna and Zakarpattia passengers
