Zelenskiy called on allies to provide more advanced air defense systems to protect Ukrainian cities from Russian attacks, saying this would reduce Russia's ability to wage terror and force it to seek peace.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy released a video with the consequences of enemy strikes on Ukraine over the past week, pointing out to partners the need for modern air defense systems to protect Ukrainian cities from Russian attacks, saying that the less the Kremlin reaches with terror, the more they will be interested in finding peace, UNN reports.

"Russian terror is possible only because we have fewer weapons and solutions to protect life than Russia's ability to destroy. Everyone knows how effective Petriots, Irises, Nasams, Goks, and other modern air defense systems are. We need them here in Ukraine: in Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Donbas and other cities that are subject to Russian strikes," Zelenskyy wrote on social media.
The President emphasized that "every leader, every state, every ambassador who is helping us with air defense now is not only a life saver, but also someone who reduces Russia's temptation to fight.
"The less the Kremlin achieves with terror, the more they will be interested in finding peace. We must force Russia to do this together," Zelenskyy emphasized.
