In Odesa region, due to a large-scale Russian attack on the night of March 22, power facilities were damaged, and stabilization blackouts are being partially introduced, said Oleh Kiper, head of the Regional State Administration of Energy, UNN reports.
As a result of a large-scale enemy attack on the country's energy facilities during the night, power facilities in Odesa region were also damaged. As a result, by order of NPC Ukrenergo, stabilization blackouts are partially in place in Odesa
According to him, 53,000 electricity customers are currently without power. "We are keeping calm. Specialists are carrying out restoration work.
Also, due to the attack, Russia introduced stabilization or emergency power outage schedules in Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions.
