Women who are not subject to military registration but were mistakenly entered into the "Oberih" register will be removed from it by the end of April. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Details

The agency stated that this problem is of a localized technical nature, not widespread. They also clarified that a fine notification in "Reserve+" in such cases is not an administrative penalty and has no legal consequences.

However, if women have received such notifications, they are advised to contact the following numbers:

  • 1545 - government hotline;
    • 1512 - Ministry of Defense hotline.

      You can also submit an appeal through the "1545" application.

      Errors are already being corrected, all cases will be resolved by the end of April

      - stated the Ministry of Defense.

      Context

      Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov, during the question hour to the government in the Verkhovna Rada on April 10, stated that the situation with women being registered for military service and being sought arose due to a technical error in the Kharkiv TCC. He added that he personally looked into the matter.

      Subsequently, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine confirmed the resolution of the "wanted" status issue for women in the "Reserve+" application. The problem was eliminated without imposing fines, and the accounting mechanism is being changed.

      Recall

      The Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine denied reports of alleged preparations for the mobilization of women. They added that erroneous entries in the "Oberih" system arose due to technical glitches in previous years.
