71 enemy attacks were recorded over the past day, most of them in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions. The AFU are holding back assaults and exhausting the occupiers in the rear.
As of 4:00 PM on June 7, Russian troops have carried out 71 attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The highest number of combat engagements was recorded in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions. This was reported by the General Staff of Ukraine, according to UNN.

According to available information, artillery shelling of Ukraine's border regions continued throughout the day. In the Sumy region, the settlements of Rozhkovychi, Sopych, Rohizne, Bachivsk, Korenok, Topolya, Hirky, Bunyachyne, Ryzhivka, Budky, Iskryskivshchyna, and Neskuchne came under fire. In the Chernihiv region, Khrinivka, Klyusy, Halahanivka, Tymonovychi, and Mykhalchyna Sloboda were shelled.
In the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, one combat engagement took place. The enemy also launched one airstrike using a guided aerial bomb and carried out 50 shellings of settlements and our troops' positions, two of which involved multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
In the South Slobozhanskyi direction, the invaders attempted to break through the defense toward Okhrimivka once.
In the Kupiansk direction today, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces once toward the settlement of Hlushkivka.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 13 attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Stavky, Dibrova, and toward Shyikivka and Lyman. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces successfully stopped three attempts by the invaders to advance toward the settlements of Kryva Luka and Rai-Oleksandrivka. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy unsuccessfully attempted to break through the defense of our defenders toward Tykhonivka once.
In the Konstiantynivka direction, our defenders repelled 10 attacks near the settlements of Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar, and toward Konstiantynivka, Kucheriv Yar, and Vilne. One combat engagement is still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have attempted 16 times to push our soldiers from their positions in the areas of Rodynske, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, and toward the settlements of Novyi Donbas, Novooleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Bilytske, and Serhiivka. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy tried to advance twice in the Ternove area and toward Dobropillia. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled 20 enemy attacks in the areas of Rybne, Varvarivka, Zaliznychne, and toward Novoselivka, Dobropillia, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Staroukrainka, Huliaipilske, and Charivne. Two combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Orikhiv and Prydniprovskyi directions, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.
