585 Ukrainian children have already died as a result of russia's armed aggression

According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, 585 children were killed and 1664 injured as a result of russian aggression. Most of the victims are in Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
More than 2,249 children have suffered in Ukraine as a result of russia's full-scale armed aggression. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, UNN reports.
Details
As of the morning of November 1, 2024, according to official information from juvenile prosecutors, 585 children were killed and more than 1,664 were injured of varying severity.
Children were most affected in the following regions: Donetsk - 597, Kharkiv - 459, Kherson - 184, Dnipro - 184, Kyiv - 133, Zaporizhzhia - 145, Mykolaiv - 117.
In recent days:
- On October 29, as a result of the shelling of Stanislav village, Kherson district, Kherson region , boys aged 8 and 14 years old were injured.
- On October 29, a 16-year-old girl and a 1.6-year-old boy were injured as a result of shelling in Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka, Donetsk region.
- On October 30, a 10-year-old girl was injured as a result of shelling in the village of Bezruky, Dergachiv district, Kharkiv region.
- On October 30, a 14-year-old boy was injured as a result of shelling in Dnipro.
- On October 30 as a result of shelling of the town of Kharkiv killed 12-year-old and 15-year-old boys, an 11-year-old boy was injured.
Recall
The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on social protection of children affected by the aggression of the russian federation. The document provides for the creation of a state register of such children. The law also introduces the concept of a "child affected by the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine".
